This is another painting I did using my custom-designed pochade box shown in the photo above. I love this handy paint box. It cost less than $20. It sets up in seconds. It’s easy to use and it’s almost indestructible.

When I head out for the day I toss it in the car, loaded with paint. Then I can take advantage of any opportunity to paint on the spur of the moment, like today's painting.

When I get back home I simply pop the whole pochade box into the freezer, and the paints stay fresh until next time.
